Phulbari Action is an electronic forum to share information, discuss and strategize to resist the Phulbari Coal Project proposed by GCM Resources Plc in Bangladesh. Asian Development Bank (ADB) is scheduled to approve a loan and political risk insurance to GCM. The resistance movement is led by National Committee to Protect Oil, Gas, Mineral Resources, Electricity and Port.
